1.Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and panalo6 ("panalo6", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the panalo6 website located at https://panalo6.net and all associated services, games, features, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on the panalo6 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the Platform from time to time.

panalo6 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.Eligibility

To register and use the panalo6 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as prescribed under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of panalo6, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by panalo6 or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

panalo6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of eligibility may result in account suspension or termination.

3.Account Registration

To access the full features of the panalo6 Platform, you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may register only one panalo6 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited. panalo6 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
• Identity Verification (KYC): panalo6 is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Ownership: Your panalo6 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to use your account.
• Account Currency: All panalo6 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). No other currency is accepted.

4.Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your panalo6 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your panalo6 account and not reuse it on other websites or services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your panalo6 account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify panalo6 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

panalo6 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from panalo6 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

panalo6 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except to the extent that such loss or damage is caused by our own negligence or wilful misconduct.

5.Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the panalo6 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: panalo6 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted. No cryptocurrency transactions are accepted.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. panalo6 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status of your account.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). panalo6 does not accept foreign currency deposits or process withdrawals in any currency other than PHP.
• Inactive Account Fees: panalo6 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

6.Bonuses & Promotions

panalo6 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotional terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Pesos and are valid only for use on the panalo6 Platform.
• panalo6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements are met.

7.Gaming Rules

All games available on the panalo6 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all games:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are independently audited for fairness. panalo6 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, panalo6 will endeavour to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round may be refunded at panalo6's discretion.
• panalo6 reserves the right to void any bet or game round that is affected by a software error, pricing error, or any other technical fault that results in an incorrect outcome.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing wagers. panalo6 is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.

8.Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panalo6 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering more than one account on the panalo6 Platform.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or system forming part of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing panalo6 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or vulnerability in the Platform. Any such vulnerability must be reported to panalo6 immediately.

9.Intellectual Property

All content on the panalo6 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of panalo6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of panalo6.

10.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panalo6 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof.
• Any loss arising from a third-party payment provider's failure to process a transaction.
• Any loss arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit panalo6's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. panalo6 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors.

11.Responsible Gaming

panalo6 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players on the Platform. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure reminders to alert you when you have been playing for a specified period of time.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period if you need a break from gaming.

12.Termination & Suspension

panalo6 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or a directive from a competent authority including PAGCOR.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on your account.
• You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your panalo6 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

13.Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact panalo6 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. panalo6 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

14.Amendments to These Terms

panalo6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, panalo6 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the panalo6 Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
